Biography PhotoGlenn Stevens
Chief Executive Officer

Glenn is GAIN’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He joined GAIN Capital in 2000 as a founding partner and managing director.

Glenn is a financial industry veteran with more than 30 years of trading and foreign exchange (FX) experience. Prior to joining GAIN Capital, Glenn was managing director and head of FX North American sales and trading at NatWest Bank. He also served as a member of NatWest's North American Management Committee. Prior to NatWest, he spent seven years at Merrill Lynch and Co, finishing his tenure there as managing director and chief dealer for spot and forward FX. Glenn began his FX career in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company.

Mr. Stevens holds a BS from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Biography PhotoNigel Rose
Chief Financial Officer

Nigel is responsible for leading GAIN’s global finance organization. Nigel joined GAIN Capital in April 2015 following the Company’s acquisition of City Index.

Nigel brings over 20 years of experience in various financial management and leadership roles. From 2010 to 2015, Nigel was Chief Financial Officer at City Index. Prior to that, he spent ten years as Finance Director at Blue Square, which was acquired by Rank Gaming Group plc. Prior to his time at Rank Gaming, Nigel held various senior positions in telecoms, media and broking.

Biography PhotoDiego Rotsztain
Head of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary

Diego oversees GAIN’s global legal and compliance functions and also leads the Company’s corporate development activities.

Diego joined GAIN in January 2011 as General Counsel and was appointed to lead corporate development in 2012. Previously, Diego was a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was responsible for leading capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions for global companies and providing them with ongoing corporate governance, SEC reporting and general corporate and transactional advice. Prior to Mayer Brown, Diego was a corporate attorney in Davis Polk & Wardwell's Capital Markets Group.

Diego began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable David G. Trager in the Eastern District of New York. He earned a J.D. with honors from Columbia University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review.

Biography PhotoSamantha Roady
President, Retail

As President of GAIN’s retail business, Samantha is responsible for the oversight of the strategy and day to day operations supporting the Company’s retail business and its three key distribution channels: FOREX.com, City Index and partnerships.

Samantha joined GAIN in October 1999 as a founding partner and has held increasing leadership responsibility during her nearly 17 year tenure at the Company From 1999-2006, Samantha led the marketing function for both GAIN Capital and FOREX.com, the Company’s award winning retail FX brand. In 2006 she assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer and in 2008 added responsibility for direct sales. In October 2013, Samantha was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, adding partnerships & product development to her remit. She assumed the role of President of Retail in March 2016.

Prior to GAIN, Samantha was director of marketing for FNX Limited, the trading & risk management systems provider.

Biography PhotoMike Lear
Chief Information Officer

Mike oversees GAIN Capital’s technology strategy for its retail business as well as information systems and infrastructure. He joined GAIN in April 2015 following the Company’s acquisition of City Index.

Previously, Mike was Chief Information Officer at City Index Prior to that, Mike spent 20 years consulting with investment banks on technology systems, primarily relating to market risk and asset management. During this period, he implemented real-time cash flow and risk systems for HBOS, ING and Santander, and held a number of market data roles for online gaming companies.

Biography PhotoTim O’Sullivan
Chief Risk Officer

Tim works with leaders across the Company to identify and manage the Company’s market, credit and operational risks. He is responsible for risk strategy, reporting, risk assessments, credit/counterparty management and oversight of the company's margin portfolio.

Tim joined GAIN in 2000 as Global Head of Trading and assumed the role of Chief Risk Officer in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial markets, including senior trading positions at global financial institutions, such as Merrill Lynch, where he was director of the NY Sterling desk, and Standard Chartered Bank, where he spent eight-years in senior trading roles, overseeing the forward books in DEM and trading Asian and exotic currencies.
