Biography PhotoGlenn Stevens
Chief Executive Officer

Glenn Stevens is a financial industry veteran with more than 25 years trading and foreign exchange (FX) experience at some of Wall Street's most prestigious financial institutions.

Glenn drives the strategic goals of the company and oversees all of its business units. He joined GAIN Capital in February 2000 as a founding partner and managing director, and assumed the CEO role in June 2007. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Glenn is an active leader in the retail forex industry. He serves on the National Futures Association's FX Advisory Committee and is a founding member of the Foreign Exchange Dealer's Coalition (FXDC).

Previously, Glenn was managing director, head of North American sales and trading at Natwest Bank. In this role, Glenn directly managed a staff of more than 50 trading and sales professionals and also served as a senior member of Natwest's North American Management Committee. From 1990 to 1997, Glenn was at Merrill Lynch and Co., where he was hired as a USD/JPY trader and was eventually promoted to managing director and chief dealer for spot and forward FX. While at Merrill Lynch, Glenn developed the investment bank's emerging markets currency trading desk and increased profitability threefold in two years. During this time, he also served as the Federal Reserve Bank's FX representative for investment banks. Glenn' Wall Street career began in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company.

He is a sought after FX market commentator and spokesperson for the retail FX industry, frequently appearing in financial news outlets. Glenn holds a B.S. in finance from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University.

Biography PhotoDaryl Carlough
Interim Chief Financial Officer

Daryl was appointed interim CFO of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. in November 2011. He joined GAIN in December 2009 as chief accounting officer and corporate controller.

Daryl is responsible for all finance, human resources, and investor relations activities. He has over 15 years of experience in domestic and international accounting and auditing at both private and publicly traded companies. Daryl has held numerous management-level positions in finance and accounting, most recently, as director of finance at L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc., from 2005 to 2009. Previously, he served as corporate controller at The Macgregor Group. A Certified Public Accountant, Daryl received an M.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University as well as a B.S. in business administration in finance from Stonehill College.

Biography PhotoSamantha Roady
Chief Marketing Officer

Samantha oversees GAIN Capital's global sales and marketing strategy, including direct sales, advertising and brand management, client acquisition and marketing, and corporate communications.

A founding partner, Samantha brings to GAIN extensive experience marketing products and services in the financial services IT arena. Samantha joined GAIN in October 1999 from FNX Limited, where she was director of marketing for the international trading and risk management systems provider. In that role, Samantha directed all marketing communications activities worldwide, as well all marketing initiatives related to joint ventures and industry alliances. During her 5-year tenure, FNX grew from a relatively unknown derivatives software firm to a leader in its field, and one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Samantha holds a B.A. in international affairs from James Madison University.

Biography PhotoTim O'Sullivan
Global Head of Trading

Tim manages GAIN's retail and institutional trading operations and oversees the firm's relationships with our global liquidity providers and trading partners. With GAIN since its founding, Tim has over 20 years of experience trading in the interbank FX market, including senior positions at global financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank.

Previously, Tim was director of the NY Sterling desk at Merrill Lynch. Hired in 1994 to establish a presence in Asian Exotic spot & forward currencies, Tim subsequently assumed responsibility for the EMS currencies desk. In 1997, he launched the Mexican Peso desk and provided liquidity to develop customer business. Tim started his career at Standard Chartered Bank, spanning an eight-year tenure that included running forward books in DEM, and trading spot Far East and exotic currencies. Tim holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware.

Biography PhotoDiego Rotsztain
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Diego oversees the company's legal function and also serves as corporate secretary to the Company's Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the company in January 2011, Diego was a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was responsible for leading capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions for global companies. Prior to Mayer Brown, Diego worked in Davis Polk & Wardwell's Capital Markets Group and began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable David G. Trager in the Eastern District of New York. He received a B.A. in economics from Tufts University. Diego received his J.D. with honors from Columbia University School of Law where he served on the Law Review.

Biography PhotoAlexander Bobinski
Chief Compliance Officer

Alex is responsible for the financial operations and compliance activities of GAIN Capital LLC, the US regulated subsidiary of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc. Alex's responsibilities include accounting, treasury and cash management, and reporting. He also serves as the Company's liaison with GAIN's regulatory agencies, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA).

Prior to Refco LLC, Alex spent 10 years at Nomura Securities International as vice president and controller for their futures and options business. Additionally, for twelve years he was sole proprietor of Futures Accounting and Consulting Services, providing accounting and compliance services to Commodity Pool Operators, Commodity Trading Advisors and Introducing Brokers. Alex also served as controller/compliance director at Bridgewater USA, Inc. Alex began his career at the National Futures Association as an in-charge auditor. A Certified Public Accountant, Alex also holds a B.S. in business administration and accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Biography PhotoJeff Scott
Chief Commercial Officer

Jeff has direct responsibility for GAIN's retail business operations, including client services and financial operations teams. He also oversees the firm's partner services organization, which manages GAIN's relationships with white label partners, introducing brokers and other financial services firms.

Jeff joined GAIN Capital in February 2011, bringing with him over 15 years of leadership experience in and around the financial services industry. Most recently he was president of Toluna USA. Previously, Jeff held senior positions at several digital media businesses including LexisNexis and SourceMedia. From 1999 until 2005, he served in a number of capacities at Thomson Financial, now ThomsonReuters, including chief technology officer and chief product officer. Jeff holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Dayton in Ohio and M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Biography PhotoKenneth O'Brien
Senior Vice President, International Operations

As senior vice president, international operations, Ken is responsible for executing the firm's international growth strategy and has overall responsibility for business activities in GAIN's regulated affiliates outside the United States.

Ken joined the company in December 2004 as vice president of product management and strategic alliances, and was promoted to senior vice president, strategic integration in 2007. From May 2002 to December 2004 Ken held various sales management positions at privately held companies. From July 1994 to May 2002, Ken served in numerous capacities, including managing director, director of sales support and Product Manager of back office operations, at FNX Limited, a privately-held provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. Ken received a B.S. in business administration from La Salle University.
