Biography PhotoGlenn Stevens
President & Chief Executive Officer

Glenn Stevens is a financial industry veteran with more than 25 years trading and foreign exchange (FX) experience at several leading global financial institutions. Glenn drives the strategic goals of the Company and oversees all of its business units. He also serves on the Company’s Board of Directors.

He joined GAIN Capital in February 2000 as a founding partner and managing director, and assumed the CEO role in June 2007.  Previously, Glenn was managing director, head of North American sales and trading at Natwest Bank.  In this role, Glenn directly managed a staff of more than 50 trading and sales professionals and also served as a senior member of Natwest's North American Management Committee.  From 1990 to 1997, Glenn was at Merrill Lynch and Co., where he was hired as a USD/JPY trader and was eventually promoted to managing director and chief dealer for spot and forward FX. While at Merrill Lynch, Glenn developed the investment bank's emerging markets currency trading desk. During this time, he also served as the Federal Reserve Bank's FX representative for investment banks. Glenn's Wall Street career began in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Glenn serves on the National Futures Association's FX Advisory Committee and is a founding member of the Foreign Exchange Dealer's Coalition.  Glenn holds a B.S. in finance from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University.

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Jason is responsible for all finance and accounting functions for GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. and its operating units, including financial reporting, planning, tax, treasury, and investor relations. He also serves as a member of GAIN’s Executive Operating Committee, which shapes the strategic focus of the Company.

Prior to joining GAIN in October 2013, Jason was Managing Director and Business Manager of KCG Holding's Global Execution Services division, responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the business. Previously, he served as KCG's Director of Financial Operations. Prior to KCG, Jason held financial and operational positions at Instinet, Merrill Lynch and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jason holds BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Biography PhotoSamantha Roady
Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer

Samantha directs strategy, marketing, sales, product development, customer experience management and key growth strategies for GAIN’s retail business. A founding partner, she also serves as a member of GAIN's Executive Operating Committee, which shapes the strategic focus of the Company.

Previously, Samantha served as GAIN’s chief marketing officer, where she directed global marketing strategy, advertising, brand management, customer marketing and corporate communications. Prior to joining GAIN in October 1999, she was director of marketing for FNX Limited, the international trading and risk management systems provider. In that role, Samantha directed global marketing activities, including partnership marketing initiatives. During her 5-year tenure, FNX grew from a relatively unknown derivatives software firm to a leader in its field, and one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Samantha holds a B.A. in international affairs from James Madison University.

Biography PhotoDiego Rotsztain
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Diego oversees the legal and compliance functions at GAIN, leads the Company’s global corporate development activities and also serves as corporate secretary to the Company's Board of Directors.  He serves as a member of GAIN’s Executive Operating Committee, which shapes the strategic focus of the Company.

Prior to joining the company in January 2011, Diego was a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was responsible for leading capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions for global companies, as well as providing on-going corporate governance, SEC reporting and general corporate and transactional advice to such companies.  Prior to Mayer Brown, Diego worked in Davis Polk & Wardwell's Capital Markets Group and began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable David G. Trager in the Eastern District of New York. He received a B.A. in economics from Tufts University and a J.D. with honors from Columbia University School of Law where he served on the Law Review.

Biography PhotoJeff Scott
Chief Operating Officer

Jeff oversees the management of all global technology development and infrastructure at GAIN, as well as its core global operations. He also serves as a member of GAIN’s Executive Operating Committee, which shapes the strategic focus of the Company.

Jeff joined GAIN Capital in February 2011, bringing with him over 15 years of operational and technology leadership experience in and around the financial services industry. Most recently he was president of Toluna USA. Previously, Jeff held senior positions at several digital media businesses including LexisNexis and SourceMedia. From 1999 until 2005, he served in a number of capacities at Thomson Financial, now ThomsonReuters, including chief technology officer and chief product officer. Jeff holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Dayton in Ohio and M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
